24-hour ATM located in our lobby. The ATM is owned and serviced by a third party, please inform our Front Desk staff if you experience any issues.

POOL & FITNESS GYM
Indoor heated pool with ADA compliant lift access. Pool hours are 7AM- 9PM daily. Note that there is no lifeguard on duty.
Newly renovated 24-hour Fitness Center. Includes a variety of Precor and Assault Fitness cardio machines: treadmills, ellipticals, stair stepper, recumbent bike, air bike, rower and Concept2 ski machine. The lifting area includes weight benches, free weights, a Precor cable machine, TRX suspension bands, stability balls and yoga mats. Bathrooms have large changing areas and towels.

Crowne Plaza® Albany – The Desmond Hotel is an entirely non-smoking property. Per the NYS Indoor Clean Air Act both smoking and vaping are banned anywhere indoors. Smoking areas are located outside of each entrance door, please use the provided receptacles for trash.
