A Unique Guest Room Experience

Our guest rooms and suites include individual guest room temperature controls, complimentary high speed WiFi, plush bedding with triple sheeting, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, digital HD TV(s), multiple USB and outlets including bedside, clock radio, iron and ironing board, luggage bench, in-room safe, and a large desk.  Our guest bathrooms include a lighted magnifying makeup mirror, hairdryer, curved shower rod, and spa style shower head. Certain suite styles also include dual sinks in the master bathroom and optional half baths.

The following amenities are available upon request: connecting rooms, cribs, cot/rollaways, wake up calls, and microwaves*.  Requested amenities are based on availability, room type, and may include a daily fee; please see our FAQ-Hotel Policies page for more information.  *Microwaves are automatically included in our Executive, Duplex and Presidential Suites.

ADA/Handicap Accessible Rooms & Devices

Crowne Plaza® Albany – The Desmond Hotel offers several ADA/handicap compliant guest rooms with single queen, single king or double queen beds.  Each ADA compliant room is wheelchair accessible with visual smoke detectors and features bathroom grab bars, raised toilets, and optional roll-in showers with fold down seating; shower stools are also available upon request.  For hearing impaired guests, ADA compliant guest room kits are available upon request with telephone signaler, door knock notification, and TTY phone service.  ADA compliant rooms and devices are based on availability.
