Thank you Capital Region for allowing us to be part of your fine dining experience since 1979.

Over the past several years, we have had an increased demand for private dining, and a desire for more upscale dining choices in a casual atmosphere. The transition of Scrimshaw to private dining helps to fulfill this demand, and provides the same elegant setting and quality of service and food that regular diners have come to expect.

We are excited to offer a private dining in Scrimshaw beginning this Summer!
