Ginsberg's Commemorative Cookbook includes Desmond Culinary team recipes
ALBANY, N.Y., May 1, 2009 -
The Desmond culinary team is represented in Ginsberg's Foods Anniversary Cookbook.
There are over 215 recipes from over 125 contributors included. The Desmond culinary team received acknowledgement that their Pumpkin Honey Bisque and Warm Apple Cobbler recipes will appear in this cookbook which celebrates Ginsberg's Foods 100th year anniversary.
The book will be available at the Ginsberg's Foods Open House on May 30, 2009 and will be available at Ginsberg's Market and in the future at shops around Columbia County.
Proceeds will be donated to the Ida Ginsberg Memorial Fund at Columbia Memorial Hospital and The Community of Hospice of Columbia/Greene Counties.
