BANQUETS:
Banquet Houseman (Union) Responsible for setting up banquet functions (which includes setting tables, chairs, and vacuuming) and the breakdown when the functions are over. F/T schedule, 3:00 pm to close. P/T schedule, 3:00 pm to close.
FRONT OFFICE:
Front Office Supervisor Responsible for directing the daily operation of the Front Office, monitors the performance of Front Office staff and works with the Director and Front Office Manager to achieve revenue goals and guest satisfaction. F/T flexible schedule including weekends.
Front Office Representative Responsible for assisting guests in all front office related functions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality. F/T flexible schedule including weekends.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Team Leader (Union) Responsible for supervising the section housekeepers in assuring the quality and quantity of the Hotel Housekeeping Department's standards are successfully completed. F/T schedule including weekends, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
KITCHEN:
Breakfast Cook (Union) Responsible for preparing all hot and cold food items for the Hotel's restaurants. F/T schedule including weekends, 5:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Pantry Prep - Banquets (Union) Responsible for preparing daily cold food items i.e., appetizers, salads, desserts, and/or hors d'oeuvres. F/T schedule including weekends, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Utility PM (Union) Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cups, pots and pans, and small equipment of the department. F/T schedule including weekends, 6:00 pm to close.
MAINTENANCE:
Maintenance Mechanic I (Union) Responsible for providing maintenance services for the hotel grounds, building, and equipment. F/T schedule including weekends, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
RESTAURANTS:
Restaurant Manager Responsible for supervising all ala carte personnel and assists Director of Restaurants in fulfilling marketing and revenue goals for these outlets while maintaining cost objectives. F/T schedule including weekends.
Simpson's Server (Union) Responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in dining room according to established Hotel procedure. F/T schedule including weekends, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
SALES: Director of Sales Responsible for acting as liaison between banquets staff and guests to fullfill banquet guests' needs related to conference facilities and F&B needs.
